Controls:
Left Arrow + Right Arrow, or A + D to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise.

Guide:
Use the weather to balance the conditions of each area of the planet.
Avoid areas becoming unstable by preventing any condition getting to 100%.
Use the satellite to view the current condition of the area it is above.
